**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager/2IC to support our Centre Manager in the daily operations of our Centre. The responsibilities of this role includes, but not limited to; administrative duties, working as the Responsible Person, opening or closing the Centre when required, guiding Educators, positively empowering the workplace environment and most importantly having fun

**What you’ll bring**:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations is essential
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Previously held the position of 2IC or Trainee Manager and Responsible Person for a minimum of 12 months.
- You must hold a current, First Aid certificate, WWCC, up to date immunisation and Police Clearance

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
