- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ensure rosters within designated area are available at least two (2) weeks in advance of the current date
- Create and maintain staff profiles in Workforce Dimensions and ensure they accurately reflect position, hours, award, area, and shift
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry on WFD of any changes to shifts
- Ensure all updates or changes to rosters due to personal leave, shift swap requests or other unforeseen requirements are actioned in WFD
- Ensure all communications are attended to in a positive and courteous manner providing accurate and appropriate information if requested
- Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate management of vacancies within Collections
- Monitor casual employee: availability recorded, numbers of declined shifts and variability of areas/shifts worked
- Ensure Reliever Collectors are utilised to the full extent of their contracted hours within the most efficient radius of their nominated hub
- Liaise with Commercial Team, and Collection Lead as soon as possible if vacancies cannot be filled or only partially filled

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Relevant experience with electronic rostering systems, Kronos Work Force Dimensions ideal- Sound knowledge and experience in health industry
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt communication style based on the needs of the audience.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and multi-task to ensure work requirements are completed within expected timeframes.
