- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Support the delivery of our Collector Recruitment Strategy to improve recruitment process and outcomes
- Provide end-to-end recruitment to fill vacant collector roles
- Reduce Time to Fill vacancies
- Provide onboarding support to Collection Leads Ensure safe working practices and obligations, as per the company WHS policy and procedures for all personnel on site - including visitors - are adhered to, to maintain a safe working environment**About you**

- Maintaining clear and concise communication with internal and external contacts using appropriate interpersonal styles

- Time management skills complying with rosters and timetables and prioritisation of activities to deliver an experience for customers that is aligned with organisational objectives
- Building and maintaining effective,respectful & professional relationships
- Ability to work as a Team and autonomously
- Ensuring that all training is delivered in accordance with SOP’s and compliance standards
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology (desirable)
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Recruitment or HR Coordinator role (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in using various recruitment platforms & search tools
- Exposure to high volume recruitment
- Experience with Success Factors (desirable)
