Are you a strategic retail planning expert with a passion for leading high-performing teams? We're on the hunt for a **Business Manager - Merchandise Planning** to lead our Merchandise Inventory & Planning team. You’ll play a key leadership role within our soft goods business unit, aligning inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to supercharge sales, gross margin, and stock efficiency.

Key **Responsibilities**
- Manage multimillion-dollar stock turn, P&L, and working capital.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCommerce and trade partners
- Create and drive seasonal financial plans to meet and exceed BU targets.
- Oversee sales, margin, and inventory performance — keeping your finger on the pulse of the business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning professionals — keeping engagement and capability sky high.

**What we are looking for**
- ** Strategic smarts**: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute merchandise planning strategies that drive commercial results.
- ** System expertise**: Strong hands-on experience with merchandise planning systems, forecasting and replenishment tools (e.g. JDA, SAP, BW), and advanced Excel proficiency.
- ** Category planning acumen**: Skilled in planning for complex merchandise dynamics including size curves and seasonality across various product categories.
- ** Financial fluency**: Confident managing multi-million-dollar stock positions, optimizing stock turn, and driving P&L outcomes.
- ** Analytical excellence**: Capable of interpreting large datasets to extract insights and drive business decisions.
- ** Collaborative style**: Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator who builds strong partnerships at all levels of the business.
