**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an excellent opportunity for a Test Lead to ensure that quality and test advocacy are maintained within Super Retail Group (SRG). This role primarily involves providing guidance and advice regarding all test activities and quality governance for manual and automated testing.

Additionally, as the Test Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Test Strategies, establishing metrics, mentoring the test team, and conducting testing.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have a depth of experience in Functional Test Management and Test Automation
- You will be an experienced Test Lead and have skills in People Leadership and developing capability.
- You will have the desire to perform hands on testing to a high standard.
- You are experienced working within Agile Methodologies.
- Experience working with an SAP Environment will be essential.
- Strong familiarity with ALM Test Tools would be advantageous.
- You have strong skills in Consultation and Stakeholder Management.
