**Inventory Controller - Full Time**

**The role**:
To ensure the operation has a robust inventory management process that delivers highest quality stock outcomes in compliance with industry standards and client contractual obligations. To ensure that physical stock matches system reporting at any point in time. Responsible for cycle count and stock audits across the business and partners

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ownership for all inventory master data
- Ownership of warehouse zone and location master data in WM
- Ensure accurate identification and description of all stock
- Conduct stock counts and review any errors / inconsistencies
- Responsible for maintaining existing compliance certification and annual renewals
- KPI reporting as required
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on performance improvement requirements and ensure your team is productive and efficient at all times
- Develop and deliver new compliance needs as and when required
- Develop and document national operations standards for all facets of operations on all sites (end to end - receiving through to transport)
- Assist with any general administration tasks or projects as required

**Key Requirements**
- LO/ LF Forklift license (If you don't have this, our client will support you in getting one)
- Experience in WMS, Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in Inventory Control from a Consumer Goods, 3PL or Retail environment will be highly regarded
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead
- Proven track record of delivering profitability and productivity.
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lead by example.
