**The Role**
We are now seeking an Assistant Bridal Boutique Manager to join our Australian Design client in their Bridal Suite located in Double Bay. Our client is an Australian Designer label that celebrates the wearer. This brand is the epitome of modern, cool and confident Australian Design, with a strong positioning in the bridal space. This role will work with the Bridal Boutique Manager to successfully coordinate, book and run bridal appointments providing a high level of tailored service, creating an experience to remember.

This is a Part-Time role working a Sunday-Thursday roster, over 30.5 hours per week.
- Experience of 2+ years working in a showroom space
- Experience in providing an exceptional and memorable customer experience
- A love for Australian fashion and an understanding of current product knowledge in line with season direction
- A kind, compassionate, supportive, and honest nature
- Finance and Budget Management experience
- Effective rostering experience
- Experience in Stock management
- Time management and delegation skills
- Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the showroom before and after appointments
- Arrange beverages and flowers when required
- Respond to all enquiries regarding the bridesmaid appointments
- Prepare sales team for daily appointments
- Provide daily feedback to the business directors and Head of Retail
- Observe showroom floor behaviour to provide feedback to team members regarding customer service standards
- Work with the Head of Retail to formulate business development strategies to ensure the long-term growth and success of the Wedding Suite
- Ensure all team members are achieving sales target requirements
- Continually develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with company standards, ensuring that all team members do the same
- Ensure the showroom floor is well-zoned at all times
- Coach and lead all team members on all aspects of delivering an exceptional customer service
