With the opening of our **Haymarket Sydney store**, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Store Manager** to lead the team and drive the store’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and develop a team of approximately 20 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and customer focus.
- Inspire and coach the team to consistently deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume retail environment.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock control, cash handling, compliance and store presentation.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to showcase products in line with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and support staff in partnership with the Area Manager and HR.
- Enforce company policies, the Employee Handbook and Retail SOPs to ensure consistent operational standards.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales, performance and store operations.
- Support marketing execution through in-store activations and campaign photography.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention policies.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, or proven success as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate large teams to achieve results.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, recruitment and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly adaptable, solutions-focused and able to remain composed under pressure.
- A genuine passion for pop culture, collectibles and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Mandarin language skills highly regarded to engage with a diverse customer base.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
