The Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Customer Support Agents to achieve high performance through customer centric interactions, providing regular coaching and effective leadership. Be a part of driving a highly engaged and high-performance culture along with ensuring that all team members are compliant and working within the company guidelines.
**What are we looking for?**
- Natural leader who can influence people through continuous change and ensure buy-in
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a team/individuals to achieve KPIs through guidance, coaching and strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of call centre processes and procedures
- Previous experience within a Customer Service environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and innovative thinking
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
- Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness and ability to embrace and implement feedback
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Results-driven, with the ability to analyse data and achieve performance improvements
- Consistently demonstrating the Company's core values
- Experience working with a quality-controlled working environment (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures)
