**Responsibilities**:
As Logistics Commercial Support Manager, you will lead, plan, support and deliver the fulfilment availability and support organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Decide, translate and agree on deliverables from a Customer Fulfilment (CFF) perspective in collaboration with the Commercial Team to secure the Country Business Plan and commercial priorities in the market, including to
support in delivering the Country Commercial Calendar and Launches in market.
- Contribute to the fulfilment planning in market from a range and network capacity perspective and be the Customer Fulfillment lead in our Sales & Operations Planning and Range Classification yearly processes, including range allocation and opportunities with our Customer Order Only product approach.
- Coach and develop commercial competence and growth mindset within the Fulfilment Availability and Support (FAS) function.
- Partner with the Replenishment function to create the best preconditions for a strong Demand Forecast and best in class levels of product availability at the lowest possible cost.
- Support the relevant key partners in the market level while contributing with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and omnichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives, and competence networks.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA omnichannel retailing in reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners. The Fulfilment Availability & Support function within CFF is securing planning and fulfilment in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution.

This position is permanent full time and based in Service Office, Tempe NSW however remote working from any IKEA AU unit will be considered.
