**Recruitment Officer**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing recruitment advertisements and arranging interviews;
- Coordinating and participating in selection interviews as directed;
- Arranging pre-employment medicals and reference checks;
- Preparing employment offers;
- Answering enquiries relating to employment;
- Reviewing, creating and updating position descriptions where necessary; and
- Any other duties as directed.
- 3-5 years’ recruitment experience in any industry;
- Able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation;
- Experience and training in use of Microsoft Office suites with high level excel;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively alone and also as part of a team;
- Be willing to ‘pitch in’ when necessary;
- High standard of presentation;
- Ability to work to company procedures;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work;
- Must be able to work under pressure.
