**Collections Officer - Talent Agency - Eastern Suburbs**
**T**he Company**
Our client has a passion for empowering local and international talent within the fashion world. With a rich history, they continue to grow year by year, recruiting emerging talent and placing them in some of the world’s leading fashion publications. Internally, you will experience a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a hands-on approach. Work part-time with flexibility working across 5 days 20-24 hours.
**The Role**
As the Collections Officer, you will be joining an established Accounts Team. You will be an integral part of the credit function where your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Managing a portfolio of small business clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Working to find solutions for your clients
- Ensuring correct payments are applied to accounts
- Resolving varying issues for clients
- Other ad hoc duties
**Your Background**
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to work 20-24 hours, 5 days in the office
- A few years of prior collections experience and/or AR experience
- Excellent communication skills to build relations
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative, high-energy, and social environment
