Who are you?

As our Accounts & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Team, directly supporting the General Manager and CFO in the day-to-day operations and financial processes.

You thrive on human interaction and teamwork, building relationships with the Team and collaborating with our clients, business partners, and suppliers.

You’re driven, hyper-organised and ambitious A problem solver, you're able to highlight areas for internal improvement and operational efficiency.

Tech savvy, you know your way around the Microsoft Office Suite.

Numbers are your game. You'll be supporting COREMATIC's finances, including accounts payable and receivable and invoicing. This involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, asset register maintenance and preparing financial reports.

You're also educated with, at a minimum, a Cert IV in Bookkeeping (or similar) and have prior experience working in an accounting-related role. This role has the opportunity to be part-time or full-time, depending on your profile.
