As a group we are responsible for exclusive catering in some of Melbourne's most prestigious venues, and we are looking for experienced hospitality superstars to join our team at Melbourne Town Hall.

**The Role**:
Join us at the heart of Melbourne’s most iconic events and high-profile celebrations. As part of our elite hospitality team, you’ll deliver premium food and beverage service at large-scale functions that set the stage for VIP clients, showstopping productions, and world-class experiences. This isn’t just another hospitality role: it’s your chance to be part of something extraordinary, creating moments guests will never forget.

We’re looking for the best of the best: passionate hospitality professionals who thrive in high-energy environments, take pride in flawless presentation, and are ready to shine on one of the city’s biggest stages. Availability to work nights and weekends is essential.

**What it takes to succeed**:

- Confidence in carrying three plates and a solid foundation of food & beverage knowledge is essential.
- Proven experience in bartending, food handling, or restaurant service.
- Exceptional personal presentation and a strong commitment to hygiene standards.
- Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

This is a casual position, working across a 7-day roster including day shifts, evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.31 - $38.78 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Victorian RSA (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
