**Langlands Restaurant & Bar**

Langlands Restaurant & Bar is modern in nature but at the same time, rustic in character. Our kitchen provides Victorian sourced produce, married with a beverage list that will be ever changing. Langlands Restaurant's focus is fresh, colourful, sustainable and approachable.

**The Role**:
As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Greet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guests
- Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests
- Open, set up and close the outlet
- Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu
- Set, clear and reset designated working areas

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Previous Food and Beverage experience in a Hotel or a similar fast-paced environment
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Ability to sell and upsell food and beverage combinations and/or alternatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
