Be a part of the Merlin magic by joining us as a **Food & Beverage Attendant **on a casual basis at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium.

**About the Role**

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, upselling, take orders, operate the till and make coffee - all while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for our guests.

Further responsibilities include:

- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and informing guests of add on’s
- Stock management and order receiving/replenishment
- Maintaining site presentation in line with specified cleaning duties and routines
- Making beverages (including coffee) where possible
- Preparing mínimal amounts of fresh grab & go food products
- Assisting the kitchen when required

Please note: Weekend availability is required, and flexibility around working hours, weekends and public holidays is essential.

**About You**

In addition, you are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organizational and time management skills are desired.
