**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Paid Search Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction and execution of our paid search initiatives to drive member growth, engagement, and retention.

This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be directly involved in campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis. You’ll be the first in-housed media specialist at Australian Retirement Trust, which means you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work with our agency partners. Together, you’ll evolve a hybrid operating model that blends internal expertise with external support, driving innovation, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

You’ll manage multi-million-dollar budgets across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, optimise campaigns through data-driven insights and innovative bidding strategies, and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners like Google to deliver exceptional performance.

From leveraging advanced analytics tools like GA4 and Search Ads 360 to testing emerging technologies, you’ll shape a best-in-class paid search program that supports our mission to help Australians retire well with confidence.

This role is a **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You’ve managed paid search campaigns end-to-end, ideally within finance, superannuation, or asset management.
- You’re confident using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360 to drive performance.
- You bring strong skills in GA4, Looker Studio, and other PPC analytics tools to uncover insights and optimise campaigns.
- You’ve successfully managed and optimised multi-million-dollar ad budgets with a focus on ROI.
- You’re experienced in bid automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation strategies.
- You collaborate naturally across internal teams and external partners, building strong working relationships.
- You’re a clear communicator who can translate data into action and present strategies to stakeholders.
