**About Our Client**
Our client is a global household name who have operations spanning the globe. As the world has evolved with technology, so has this organisation where they are continually recognised for their ongoing digital innovation. As a pure direct consumer business, they recognise the potential of being able to acquire customers from their own back pocket with effective search and app marketing, which has led to the creation of this new role.
Working with some of Australia's most talent creatives, marketers and digital professionals, this role is sure to provide depth, challenge and ownership. This role is suited to someone who continually looks for smarter and more effective ways to meet the ever changing demands on the consumer.
**About The Role**
This newly created position will take the lead on the planning, execution, testing, measurement & reporting of paid search & app campaigns across Google, Bing & Apple, in addition to managing & improving the visibility of company listings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce and deliver highly effective campaigns that have a direct and measurable effect on ROAS or alternative KPIs, with a particular focus on new customer acquisition and lapsed customer re-activation.
- Manage the daily execution and optimisation of paid search and app campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, performance monitoring, keyword research and expansion and ad copy creation.
- Create, maintain and implement based upon a test roadmap to drive continual performance improvements.
- Closely monitor KPI’s such as cost per acquisition, cost per install & return on ad spend to ensure performance is on track to achieve goals.
- Build out reports that can be understood by stakeholders at all levels of the business and update monthly or as required.
- Keep abreast of the latest SEM, App and Digital marketing trends and best practices, while continually working to improve upon these.
- Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments, as well as key contacts from agency & vendor partners.
- Provide assistance to the greater marketing team when required.
**The Skills Required**
- 3+ years’ experience managing paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google, Bing or Apple Search Ads.
- Test and learn mentality, with an understanding of how to design meaningful tests and record of accomplishment in using tests to continuously improve performance.
- Highly analytical with a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Able to demonstrate a drive for results & over-achievement against KPI’s.
- Strong project management & organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
