Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Officer to join AHB Group, one of Victoria’s largest residential building and development companies.

Located in the community of Derrimut, you will join a team who are committed to making the new home journey exciting and rewarding. This dedicated team have helped over 8,000 families make their dream homes a reality.

This is a fulltime permanent role based in the Derrimut Head Office 5 days per week.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

These include, but not limited to:

- Maintain debtor's database
- Processing of progress claims invoices for new houses under construction
- Ensuring that outstanding debts are collected in time frames consistent with corporate policies
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly supplier rebate claims
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the admin team

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role B2C environment would be ideal
- General Microsoft Office skills and experience
- Sound computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Willingness to learn and develop their skillset
- Enthusiasm to get involved within a thriving culture
