**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- Manage and administer the movement of all inventory stock items both physical and electronic movement ensuring that all information is recorded accurately.
- Manage and identify obsolete items to ensure stock optimisation.
- Ensure that correct materials and quantities are assigned to the relevant job numbers.
- Maintain appearance and presentation of inventory, ensuring all stock items are in good condition and appropriately stocked.
- Oversee and control stores receiving and despatch requirements.
- Ensure high levels of product availability, inventory, and optimal customer service standards
- Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
- Quick learner, especially with new systems
- Motivated, organised and results driven
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers
- To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- At least 2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics
- Organised and planned in the task deligated
- Good communication - with colleagues and alike
- Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent time management
- The ability to problem-solve, use initiative and take ownership for work
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check
