**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Australian citizen or be permitted to work in Australia via visa
- Experience in machine operation, fabrication, sheet metal work, or plastics manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg.
- Ability to use hand and power tools with confidence.
- Forklift license (desirable but not required).
- A proactive and reliable team player with great communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

As a **Machine Operator**, you’ll play a key role in the production process, ensuring high-quality plastic tanks and components are manufactured to precise specifications. You’ll operate and maintain machinery, conduct quality checks, and work as part of a team to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain rotational molding machinery.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality.
- Load, unload, and prepare molds and raw materials.
- Assemble, rework, and repair plastic products using hand and power tools.
- Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and quality inspections.
- Follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
- Other driving or labouring tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
