Blow Moulding Machine Operator

Salary $53,900- $55,000
A&J Australia is looking for skilled blow moulding machine operators to join our manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. A&J is a leading providing of plastic containers to Australian business and we use state-of-the-art technology in our manufacturing process.
You will be required to have at least 12 months relevant work experience in the following tasks:
- operate controls to regulate temperature, pressure, speed and flow of operation
- measure and load materials, items and ingredients for mixing into machines and feeding mechanisms
- monitor operation, regulating material supply and adding chemicals and colorants to mixture
- examine output for defects and conformity to specifications
- perform minor repairs and maintaining production records
- Ensure SOPs are followed, report any errors to QC Manager, Production manager or Operations Manager.
- Assist with OH&S, HACCP audits as required. (daily guarding check)
- Assist in training new process work staff; how to read SOPs; and report result to QC.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the production schedule
- Ensure good housekeeping and report all hazards to QC manager or Operations Manager.(assist cleanup spills)

Pay: $53,900.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
