Join a well-established manufacturer of rubber and polyurethane rollers, wheels, and partsWe're looking for a reliable, hands-on Machine Operator to help with rubber moulding and press operations.

What you'll do:

  • Operate rubber presses and assist with mould changeovers.
  • Cut and mix rubber to specification.
  • Follow quality procedures, read job cards, and maintain safety standards.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to minimise downtime.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in rubber or polyurethane moulding/press operation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Capable of lifting 20kg and standing for long periods.
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

We offer:

  • Immediate start, day shifts only, full-time guaranteed hours.
  • Mon–Thu 7am–3:30pm, Fri 7am–1pm.
