**Vendor Coordinator**
As an experienced and dedicated Vendor Coordinator you bring high-energy and utilise your outstanding technology vendor management experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for technology and innovative business solutions in a variety of settings and inceptions. We value executives who are passionate about enhancing our existing vendor relationships while proactively making sure the Sales and Marketing teams are working with our vendors cohesively, identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common Vendor Coordination problems. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating smoother connections between our vendors and our internal executives is a must. You will be a skilled communicator and presenter with prior vendor coordination experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating education between our vendors and internal teams
- Using automation tools to track progress and report goals
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and
internal stakeholders
- Managing the programmatical elements of the vendor strategy. Ensuring
certification, enablement, business plans and revenue goals are achieved.
- Accountable for Internal communication of vendor updates, deal registration
and pipeline reporting
- Social coordinator for dual team events.
**Requirements**:
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends and a willingness to
understand the Sekuro offerings
- The drive and energy to manage multiple vendor relationships including
introducing new ones for adoption
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand Account Managers needs
- Strong time management skills.
- Proven experience as a Vendor Coordinator, or in other sales/customer service role preferably within the tech space
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve
- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices
- Proficient in programs including MS Office and CRM software
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales
processes.
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
