Uncrewed Aviation Australia (UAA) is at the forefront of drone technology, training, and operations. We’re passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to harness the potential of uncrewed aviation safely and effectively.
This role is pivotal in driving growth through new business development and client relationship management. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing Officer, you’ll manage the full sales process, help us expand our reach, strengthen client partnerships, and promote our leading-edge training programs and drone technology solutions. This is a flexible, part-time position (25-30 hours per week), based at our Gold Coast Office.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from identifying leads to securing new clients.
- Pursue business opportunities across sectors such as emergency services, agriculture, government, and commercial industries.
- Promote UAA’s training programs, operational services, and drone technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using HubSpot CRM.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with training and operations teams to align sales outcomes with service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UAA’s sales processes and customer experience.
**About You**:
- Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in aviation, technology, or training sectors highly regarded).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as aXcelerate (or ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
