- Reporting to the Manager Quality Benchmarking and Reporting, you will be an integral member of the Benchmarking and Reporting team.

This is a 12 month max term contract.

Deliver quality reports for management and leadership (including Board Quality and Safety Committee).

The key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating activities required to create quality performance reports for the purpose of Board Quality and Safety Committee Reporting. This includes:

- Data collection from established stakeholders.
- Reviewing and categorising incidents and feedback data.
- Creating Quality and Safety Committee dashboard reports.
- Identify high risk areas, provide insights into the areas for quality improvement
- Improve data analytics and reporting processes
- Provide incidents and complaints data and insights as requested by stakeholders.
- Contributing to developing the system for capturing, measuring and reporting of performance against KPIs and benchmarks

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in Business Analytics, Social Sciences Quality and Continuous Improvement
Demonstrated capability in MS Excel advanced (e.g. graphs), Word (Advanced), and PowerPoint (intermediate)
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data using MS Excel (e.g. Pivot tables/graphs, formulae)
