**We’re Looking for Leaders.**

In partnership with one of our trusted clients, one of the largest drilling services providers in Australia, True Resources is now seeking expressions of interest for experienced and motivated Diamond Supervisors and Drillers for a range of new Western Australia-Based projects.

**What the role involves**:

- Operating Drill and overseeing drill team
- Manage Offsiders and their training
- Operate with safety in high focus
- Liaise with client on hole and sample production
- Completing necessary safety paperwork and processes
- Assisting with routine maintenance
- Assisting with loading and unloading heavy vehicles
- Assisting in set up/dismantling/moving drill rigs and equipment
- Mobilising/Demobilising the rig to project sites
- Other duties as required

**To be successful you must have and provide**:

- Experience on Austex, UDR, Hanjin and KWL rigs
- Hold a valid Certificate 3 RII31815 in Drilling Operations
- Hold a current HR Licence
- Clean NPC from within the last 3 months
- Minimum of 3 years of professional Diamond Drilling experience
- Strong commitment to safety
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Working at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket (highly regarded)
