**Welcome to Clever Contacts**

We're a mature, charity only call centre based in Brendale (right next to the train with plenty of parking).

With full-time and part-time employment options, end of week lunch, and a community of passionate fundraisers (from all walks of life), you are about to experience the best contact centre out there.

We **don't** cold call. Everyone we speak with are existing supporters for our charity partners or have requested information.

Our team are either on the phones or in supporting roles to those positions. Our support staff are experienced fundraisers with a vast range of knowledge, ensuring you have the support to confidently handle any situation and give the very best representation for the incredible causes we support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound and a small amount of Inbound speaking with existing supporters of various charities.
- Raising vital funds required for the organisations who need our help.
- Putting supporter care first, not the sale.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivation within a team environment.
- Able to work a 9 day fortnight (75 hours & a long weekend every 2nd weekend).
- Genuinely passionate about making a difference.

**Perks of the Position**:
9 day fortnight - Actual work life balance We do the same number of hours as our previous 10 day fortnight by adding 15 minutes to each quarter and this means we have a short week every fortnight

A short 1-minute walk from Strathpine Train Station and plenty of on-site parking for those who prefer to drive.

Full training and ongoing support.

We are proud to pay above award at $31.25 per hour, plus super and offer a permanent option for those who prefer it.

Free catered lunch every Friday (or Thursday on our short week).

Free breakfast, coffee machine, snacks, and frozen dinners are available to our team.

10:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Thursday & 10:00am - 6:15pm Friday (every second week)
- Monday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:30pm to speak with one of our passionate fundraisers, lovely coaches or QA support team and conduct a phone interview :)

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $31.25 per hour
