**Who we are**:
**_Harrison Barratt Group is a leading labour hire & white collar recruitment company based in Sydney. Due to high demand and expanding growth, we are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Officer with a proven work history across the Manufacturing industry._**

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
**Our Client is a leading Australian-owned precast company who have expanded over to service NSW, SA, ACT and QLD. They are specialists in engineering, detailing, manufacturing and construction which has enabled the company to promote and lead by example in the delivery of innovative and cost-effective precast solutions for building structures.**

**Role Requirements**:

- A demonstrated track record in QHSE management.
- Ensuring procedures are developed and implemented to ensure health, safety and environmental obligations are met and adhered to.
- Enforce strict adherence to all safety procedures and policies, with a continuous focus on gap analysis and system improvement/enhancements.
- Precast concrete or heavy industry experience
- Strong on systems and previous systems implementation would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to influence all stakeholders on the importance of a good safety culture.
