- We have many exciting new opportunities to work with a reputable and fast growing company I am looking to hire Early Childhood Educators on a permanent full time basis.

**About the role**:
We currently have several **permanent Full Time** positions available at our **Sydney Olympic Park** centre for **Diploma qualified** Early Childhood Educators** or working towards qualifying as an **Early Childhood Teacher.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**What we are looking for**:
**Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or (equivalent).**

Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence

Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills or willing to learn

Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework

Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families and children

Holds a valid
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
