Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Early Childhood Education. You will receive on-the-job training, mentoring, and support as you work towards gaining your qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist qualified educators with daily routines and activities
- Engage with children in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment
- Support the educational program by helping set up activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

**Requirements**:

- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A commitment to completing the traineeship and gaining a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain if over 18

Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
