Company Description

Malek Group - manages and operates 9 Early Education Centres in and around the Sydney Metropolitan area. We are setting the benchmark in Early Education by providing quality education and care to children, families, and the community.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a visionary leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Early Education Centre located in the Parramatta area, implementing educational programs, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, staff training, and fostering relationships with families and the community.

You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of care and education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma
  • 2 years minimum experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Commitment to quality care, early childhood development and child safety
  • Experience in early childhood education and curriculum development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Passion for providing high-quality education and care
  • Experience in Assessment and Rating
