YOUR NEW ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity in a growing business for a well-organized, and motivated marketing professional. The Brand Manager is the strategist and planner in the Marketing team. This role is responsible for synthesising and translating customer and business insights to develop, implement and measure both brand and activation marketing activities with the ultimate goals to deliver sustainable long term brand growth and hitting short term revenue target.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead the planning process from end-to-end. Deliver sustainable growth for the brand and company revenue
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the brand strategies, such as analysing brand performance, managing budgets, promotional/marketing activity and forecasting in conjunction with relevant business departments.
- Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Act as the main point of contact for all enquiries
- End-to-end management of the product development and innovation process
- Develop ideas to suggest ways to increase sales within the category
**ABOUT YOU**:
We are looking for a brand manager with 5 years of experience. You're an innovative brand manager and will push our team with ideas and help us continuously improve our brand's position.
Ideally, you would have had exposure to all aspects of the marketing mix including consumer research, communication development, media planning, new product development, proven strategic planning ability as well as experience in dealing with (and managing) external agencies and other service providers. Proven project management skills and strong business acumen is a must.
