- Overseeing control-related activities and providing control guidance to business units
- Ensuring all business initiatives adhere to existing processes and establishing controls for any additional associated risks
- Identifying and mitigating risks and evaluating control design and performance
- Business partnering with different functions to establish sufficient oversight and governance for partnership arrangements and third-party vendors
- Collaborating with the business and other control partners across different time zones
- Support discussions with regulators, audit teams, compliance and risk
- Stakeholders management including senior management, audits and regulatory bodies

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related fields (preferably who has MBA)
- At least 7 years of experience in the Financial Services, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Audit, & Internal Control areas
- Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical, verbal and written communication credentials.
