We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a creative, lateral thinking Community Marketing Manager to join Stockland’s Victoria team. Based out of Melbourne, you will focus on the Land Lease Communities Portfolio (Halcyon Communities) which spans across the western and northern suburbs of Melbourne all the way to Geelong.
In this role, you will assume responsibility for developing, implementing, and analysing innovative project marketing strategies that support the delivery of the Stockland vision, drive brand awareness, and achieve required enquiry outcomes. You will consider customer experience as a central focus and strive to deliver superior outcomes across all touchpoints.
You will engage with diverse stakeholder groups including development and sales teams, media and creative agencies and internal national marketing teams. You will also utilise your strong relationship building skills, creativity, and ability to multi-task to drive marketing results within our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure each project achieves its Initial Contact targets
- Development and implementation of the annual regional and project marketing plans
- Delivery of project initiatives through established channels
- Develop a calendar of events to support the priorities of each Halcyon community
- Management of all community and project sales material to ensure it is accurate, aligned to the brand and provided to sales in a timely manner
- Regular communication with the Brand Manager to ensure messaging, value proposition and project stories are consistently communicated.
- Implement online and web-based activities to drive IC and reengagement
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity for open opportunities within your region
- Manage and analyse the relevant and targeted lists within the CRM, improve data quality and ensure leads are communicated regularly
- Analysis of lead source, buyer pools and conversion times to ensure lead quality is maintained
- Prepare and analyse regional marketing and sales pipeline reports for the Head of Marketing and Regional Project Directors to drive lead engagement
- Build relationships and leverage networks to access new lead pools for Halcyon
- Identify opportunities for new lead generation markets and develop strategies to engage these potential leads
- Support all relevant regional project directors and project initiatives
- Collaborate with the information technology team on the ongoing development of the CRM to meet Halcyon’s needs
- Develop and maintain department systems, processes, budget parameters and professional standards.
- Develop and work within the annual budget for the team
**About You**
- 2+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials
- Experience with managing and executing marketing plans
- Project management experience
- Marketing knowledge and expertise, ideally with experience in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology e.g. Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
