As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, enabling our team of health professionals to deliver outstanding care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of both clinics (Morphett Vale and Blair).
- Managing staff schedules, performance, and professional development.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Driving business growth through marketing, client retention, and community engagement.
- Managing financial processes, including budgets, payroll, and reporting.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external providers.

**About You**

You are a proactive and organized leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record in practice management or a related role. You possess:

- **Qualifications**: A diploma or degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (highly desirable).
- **Experience**: Previous experience managing a health or medical practice.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with practice management software and general IT systems, spreadsheets, google docs, drive.
- **Focus**: A client-first approach, with a commitment to high-quality care.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Google Workspace: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
