We are seeking an
**professional & personable receptionist**. You will be representing an established Australian financial services business, working within their corporate offices based in
**Hobart CBD.**

***
As the
**corporate receptionist**, you will be responsible for concierge related tasks with a broad range of administrative duties.

**This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is available immediatly with office experience, open to a 4 week temporary assignment.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing front desk reception area
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, service requests and room bookings
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Directing telephone enquiries
- Ensuring reception area is neat and tidy at all times
- Responding to verbal and written requests from the greater team
- Issuing, recovering and auditing internal company security passes
- Processing daily mail, both incoming and outgoing
- Coordinating catering & events

**To be successful**:

- **Previous experience in a Concierge or Reception **role from a corporate environment is preferred, not essential
- A **client focused **approach, experience from hospitality or retail will also be considered
- Strong **organisational **and **administrative **skills
- Impeccable corporate **presentation **& excellent **communication **skills
- A high level of **initiative **and a proactive approach
