The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join the Parts department at our Prestons branch.

As the first point of contact for all parts orders, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be proactive and energetic, and committed to ensuring a great experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Compile quotes for the service department and external customers
- Parts interpreting
- Arrange courier pick-ups and deliveries
- Control all stock replenishments
- Proactively provide feedback to customers on enquiries and outstanding orders
- Managing the incoming/outgoing stock requirements of the branch
- Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing and dispatch
- Stocktake activities

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
- Current drivers’ licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude highly regarded
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Commitment to safety
- Excellent eye for detail
