**Your Role**:
This role reports into the P&C Underwriting Ops Manager and has direct oversight over the Chubb Central Services team in ensuring they delivery timely and good quality operational support to the business for their areas of activity. You will work closely with peers and leaders across Chubb Central, Operations, Finance and Product and Distribution to ensure end to end service delivery meets SLAs and customer expectations. As part of the continued transformation of business onto platforms, actively participate in the finalisation of the ‘Flow Co’ Operations support activities and in migration and transformation of business processes associated with moving more business onto market facing platforms.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Chubb Central Services Team
Ensure team (onshore/offshore) is clearing appropriate workbaskets within required timeframes and communicating with stakeholders as needed
Manage the Express renewal process, ensuring the highest data integrity and timely provision to brokers
Manage tasks such as AQ’s, rework, account prep and other admin tasks as required by Chubb Central
Work with key stakeholders across Operations/Distribution/Product Finance to ensure deliverables are consistent with desired business objectives
Ensure relevant processes and procedures are maintained according to current business practice. Work with P&C Leadership to ensure process controls are reviewed and effective
Work with business users to ensure they understand and are compliant with agreed process handoffs to Chubb Business Services (CBS)
Attend regular team meetings with Chubb Central Management and provide direction and input as required based on priorities and current status
Assist in the identification of process inefficiency, where possible taking action to resolve
Service Delivery
Engage in continuing and proactive dialogue with business customers to understand their current needs and anticipate their future customer needs
Monitor productivity and service delivery standards of the Chubb Central Services Team
**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**:
Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and ability to network across stakeholders to get things done
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
Process orientated, an organiser with strong planning ability and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3 years + insurance experience
2 years + team leadership
**Desirable**:
Demonstrate flexible and innovative ways of working, with creative / out-of-the-box thinking
Experience supporting. delivering process improvement initiatives
2 years + in an UW / UA / Operations role
