**About this role**:
The Studio Manager in this role will be responsible for managing office operations and procedures and providing the Principals and wider architectural staff with administration and executive support. The role will be highly varied and challenging and there is the potential to mould the role around the successful individual.

Option for a part time role. 3 - 4 days considered. Key Responsibilities
- Studio and office management
- Finance support; invoicing, wages, bookkeeping (Xero)
- Manage office consumables and supplies.
- Improve efficiencies and procedures.
- Direct and minute weekly workflow planning meetings
- Provide PA support to the Principals
- Assist with EOI’s, tenders and fee proposals.
- HR support; recruitment, contracts, inductions
- Coordinate internal events.
- Ad hoc projects - i.e., implementing new in-house systems.

Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role - ideally from within the architecture/construction industry
- General operations experience and business acumen.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Graphic layout and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign
- Experience using a Quality Management System would be an advantage.
