**In this Mortgage Specialist role, you will**:

- Be responsible for accurately completing loan documents,
- Perform settlements including the creation and execution of payment notices
- Support our front-line team to meet customer needs
- Enable business performance and growth by creating a customer focused service as an integral part of the Medfin lending process
- Proactively manage Finesse workflow
- Discharge of mortgage and production of Title request

**What you will bring**:

- A passion to provide the very best outcomes for our customers
- A willingness and curiosity to learn and adapt to varied situations
- You communicate clearly and concisely to build strong internal relationships
- A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Previous experience within a banking contact centre or business banking environment (preferred)
- Preferably, experience with Mortgage lending, loan document preparation or securities in order
