Continuous learning and professional growth with regular reviews
- Engage with distinguished stakeholders
- Carve out a rewarding career path as we expand throughout Australia
**The Role**
Reporting to the General Manager, the Investor Relations Officer will be** **responsible for managing communications and relations with investors and prospective clients, from the establishment phase through to construction completion. This will ensure accurate and timely information delivery in relation to project progress and milestones. You will foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for individuals with disabilities. With ongoing training provided and the expectation to stay abreast of frequently changing requirements of the NDIS, you'll have ample opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Contract Administration - compiling documents and sending agreements
- Maintaining investor EOIs, leads, contacts and prospects’ information in the company CRM
- Cultivating relationships throughout the development process of an SDA build, including pre & post build communication.
- Proactively addressing and communicating issues raised by clients with the team, to ensure the efficient resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Developing a solid understanding of the Specialist Disability Accommodation sector and NDIS and how this impacts people with disabilities.
- Representing ADAPT Housing at a variety of internal and external events.
**About You**
You will be a service driven, passionate relationship manager** **who enjoys a dynamic work environment, and has an interest in property development and investor liaison. Problem solving and conflict resolution will be two of your top competencies. You will be organised and skilled at managing competing priorities. By conducting thorough research and validating information, you'll navigate obstacles and communicate clearly with investors, property developers, and builders. BD and sales are not core responsibilities in this role, however you will need to confidently manage client relationships and drive communication to support mutually beneficial outcomes.
This role would suit a property economics, finance, built environment (or similar) graduate with a natural flair for client relationship management. We are also open to applicants with a minimum of 6-12 months experience in contract/sales administration or a transferable field. Experience working with CRM software will be an advantage.

Perhaps most importantly, working at ADAPT Housing means being part of a mission-driven organisation dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
This is a full-time secure role, collaborating with a unified, supportive team in a superbly appointed CBD office. As part of the HMW Group of companies, the team regularly participates in Friday afternoon social activities. Salary will be commensurate with competencies and an incentive bonus scheme applies.
**How to Apply**
If you are keen to grow and build your identity in this burgeoning sector, please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your interest in this role to our Talent Acquisition consultant, Susan Leon via the link provided.
