**Buyer** who is ready to take their buying experience to new heights. As a
** Buyer** for our fast-growing, trend-focused company, you will be fully accountable for the sourcing of styles along with the selection and successful buying for relevant ranges. You will also have the opportunity to develop styles that will have outstanding sell-through while following the direction of the Princess Polly brand image. This is a

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead, source, and develop your categories in line with company option targets
- Drive growth of department sales margin dollars, based on sales from previous months
- Increase minimum margin dollar for departments to a minimum of 60% for all new styles (unless approved otherwise)
- Appropriately spend OTB each month, in line with opening and closing SOH targets
- Action-specific daily sales reporting and analysis of sales information
- Closely monitor all deliverables, to ensure that stock is received on time and in correct quantities
- Identify and act on trends that are relevant to the Princess Polly Customer
- Submit monthly snapshot reports
- Report on range performance to suppliers when requested
- Maintain strong relationships with the Buying team, Marketing team, and external suppliers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Have 2 + years experience as a Buyer - fast fashion is highly desirable
- A creative eye
- Great data analysis skills
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Know and love our brand & product, connecting with our customer
- Have a great eye for our product and what sets us apart
- Be fashion-forward & trend-focused.
