We are looking for a Customer Service gun - products and brands are your things. Naturally, you are sales minded and think commercially, you thrive on analysing data and driving improvements to increase sales. Best part about the role is no two days are the same with opportunities to work across the wider business. One day you will be on the phone selling, next day you can support the warehouse team. True hybrid role as it stands.

The Customer Service Representative works within our Smelly Balls team with the specific task of securing sustainable long-term partnerships with replenishment of current and new business. The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for supporting the Sales team with driving additional orders within the current customer base, customer contact regarding outstanding financials amongst supporting the National Operations manager.
- The role of the Customer Service Representative is to actively seek, identify and convert existing and new business replenishment
- Responsible for achievement of sales and revenue targets
- Required to accurately update and manage the lead management system (HubSpot) to reflect all sales activity, ensuring their pipeline will enable the achievement of revenue targets
- Ability to successfully qualify opportunities to maximise the sales and revenue cycle is fundamental to the role
- Demonstrate knowledge of strategies, pricing, client objections, and local market characteristics
- Develop comprehensive prospect proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate to the customer the value Smelly Balls can drive for their business
- Generate sales leads and act upon all other leads within required
- Build and leverage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstration of the Flockd Grp Vision and Values within the work environment is always expected
- Comply with safety instructions and company policies and must be diligent in their approach to safety
- Promote the desired corporate image of Flockd Grp to the marketplace

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with all Smelly Balls business units to ensure high standards of customer service are provided and maintained
- Establish prioritised courses of action to ensure multiple activities are completed across multiple customers to a high standard in conjunction with the agreed customer plan and channel strategy
- Develop effective communication between the National Logistics and New Business Development Managers to ensure joint business plans are executed
- Lead the achievement of the teams and individuals KPIs through high quality customer relationship management
- Forecasting and monitoring customer and business demand on a regular basis
- Help facilitate the on boarding of new customers and the introduction of new customers to Smelly Balls.

**Your Skills**
- Has previous experience and success in delivering results in a fast-paced phone sales environment
- Has effective communication and presentation skills relevant to both small and large audiences
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and promote Smelly Balls products and services effectively
- Solid understanding of contract management and pricing structures
- Has a proven track record in negotiating profitable outcomes for the customer and Smelly Balls
- Has an adaptive selling style and proficient at dealing with multiple buyer types
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Has a proven track record in dealing effectively with others in challenging situations
- Takes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing objectives
- Is a strong planner & organiser with highly effective time-management skills and an eye for detail
