As a Buyer for Princess Polly, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning from their expertise while bringing your own creative eye and passion for fashion to the table. This is a highly creative role where you'll be at the forefront of sourcing new products only, working closely with our team to ensure we're always ahead of the curve. We're looking for someone with their finger on the pulse of trends, deeply understanding our customer base, and a supporter of the brand

This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in fashion, creative flair, analytical abilities, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you're ready to embark on a career in fashion buying and make an impact on a global scale, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and develop a mix of trend-driven, commercial, and regionally appropriate new products for your categories.
- Work closely with other department buyers to build a weekly range featuring key moments for customers globally.
- Stay updated on current trends by monitoring social media, influencers, competitors, and runways.
- Work collaboratively with our replenishment and planning team located in the US to support the growth and development of your department.
- Complete SWAT analysis and market research and work closely with suppliers to execute those key styles within your range.
- Analyse daily sales information and quickly put into action new products to support the growth of trending colours and silhouettes.
- Complete weekly trade analysis of your department, speaking to the wins and misses alongside action plans and range call outs.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years of buying experience.
- Must be trend-driven, understanding our customer and the industry.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and have a great eye for detail.
