**Customer Service Representative - NSW Government**
- **Initial 4 month contract with view to extend**:

- **$35ph + super**:

- **ASAP start pending checks (looking at potential start dates of early December)**:

- **Cooma location - Onsite full time, business hours**:

- **Working with Children Check**

**The role**:

- A fantastic team culture providing training and opportunities within the NSW Government
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Using multiple systems for accurate data entry and call logging
- A range of administration tasks
- Following the processes and procedures of the organisation at all times

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment is highly beneficial
- Experience in administration, reception and customer service in a corporate environment also a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Tech savvy, and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to manage your time and work in a fast paced environment
- People orientated with an ability to develop strong relationships
- Working with Children Check required
