- Manage site budget, accounting, and financial operations, requiring proven finance management experience
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance, quality work practices, and budget adherence
- Support team growth through training and coaching while fostering a collaborative culture of excellence
- Motivate team members and uphold trust and strong work ethics within the organization

Self-motivated professional with proven track record of delivering quality service, strong people management skills, and ability to build relationships
Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field and/or 3-5 years' experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality
Experience in critical environments with knowledge of specialized systems (HVAC, chillers, fire protection, M&E, BMS)
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements, vendor management for specialized services, and contract interpretation
Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills with ability to manage compliance activities and solve complex problems
You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented manager who is an expert in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management.
You’ll spend a lot of time working with different kinds of people—that’s why strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
