Canning Vale, Australia Blazon Displays Full time

Blazon Displays is the leading supplier of retail, fresh produce, and hospitality display products for businesses in Western Australia. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with a background in visual merchandising or senior retail positions to support our clientele of retail store owners and managers.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities
- Conducting research and networking to expand our customer base
- Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed

**About You**:
You possess exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the retail industry
- Background in visual merchandising or senior retail positions, such as supermarkets or delis
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to address them effectively
- Proficiency in visualizing our products in various spaces and conveying these ideas to customers to drive sales
- A valid driver's license

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
