About the role*
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service professional that is looking to join a committed and professional team.
This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Requirements*
**Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

As part of the customer service team, communicate and coordinate across the business to ensure the highest attention is given to meeting customer expectations and therefore drive sales
- Where required, create purchase orders for buy-in products.
- Record all client contacts in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in a comprehensible way as per operating procedures.
- Produce sales leads from the inquiries received.
- Assisting with Trade Sales by meeting, greeting & servicing customers as they arrive to place or pickup orders.
- Participate in training programs (as required).
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile..
- Provide administrative support to our Client Executives such as analysis of account purchases; arranging samples and appointments.
- Assisting with administration duties.
- Assisting the warehouse should they require an extra set of hands.

- Strong communication skills - clear and effective communication with customers and active listening to understand their needs.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills - ability to find solutions to customer problems promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying sales opportunities and customer service skills.
- Work comfortably with all levels of staff and be approachable to team members.
