**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Cricket Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for:

- Managing the appointment, and ongoing management of national coaching and support staff for each team.
- Managing international tours and training camps, including all team travel, logistics and apparel requirements.
- Supporting the Cricket Operations Team in the planning and delivery of the National Cricket Inclusion Championships, National Indigenous Cricket Championships, and Indoor Cricket National Championships to develop talented players.
- Supporting key program partners in the delivery of the National program with Deaf Sports Australia, Sport Inclusion Australia, and affiliated indoor sports bodies.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in sports administration or high-performance sport
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent planning and logistics skills
- Experience understanding and managing budgets
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
- Personal qualities aligned with the values of our organisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willing and able to complete a significant amount of travel will be required
- Experience working with disability groups would be advantageous.
